Christine Reardon

Christine Reardon graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1986, where she was a member of the University of Toledo Law Review. Christine has practiced labor law on behalf of public and private sector labor unions in Ohio and Michigan, including teachers, police officers, firefighters, utility, retail and production workers, journalists and newspaper employees. Her practice includes collective bargaining, arbitration, litigation of contract disputes and other state and federal litigation. She has practiced before the Ohio Supreme Court and state and federal trial and appellate courts in Ohio and Michigan. She has also practiced before the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission.

Points of Interest

Christine has been a seminar instructor for the Labor Education Program, School of Labor and Industrial Relations, Michigan State University, for the Labor Relations Information System, Portland, Oregon, and for the Ohio Public Employee Labor Attorneys Association (OPELA), among others. Lecture topics include workplace rights, collective bargaining contract enforcement, and litigation strategies in support of collective bargaining rights.
