Donato Iorio

Donato Iorio graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1997. Donato has concentrated his practice in labor, litigating exclusively on behalf of labor organizations. Donato’s practice includes collective bargaining, litigation of contracts through compulsory interest arbitration, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, the Michigan Employment Relations Commission, numerous arbitration hearings, and litigation in both federal and state trial and appellate courts in support of employee rights.

Points of Interest
